Refers to travel arrangements, tours, or packages offered by Travel Agents through our platform.
TripIQ operates as a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between travelers and verified travel agents. We do not directly provide travel services.
Important: All bookings are made directly with Travel Agents. TripIQ acts only as an intermediary platform. The contractual relationship for travel services exists between you and the Travel Agent.
You must not use our Services to:
Important: TripIQ does not handle payments for travel packages. All financial transactions occur directly between you and the Travel Agent. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by the Travel Agent with whom you book. Each agent may have different terms.
